Well rifleman are nothing but dmg dealers, we have the longest range we can shoot from esepecally with cyborg arms, and with sniper shot and cover bieng fixed we can conceal our position from radar and sight, as well let loose a devistation first strike. I personally love it. But our action costs are extreme i would strongly recomend a large amount of food consumption before the battle.

Use action cost power ups. They're called reinforced stocks the ones i buy take it down by like 30% and help a ton against anything.

I respecced to MBH/MR/Pistols 0003 today and am enjoying it very much my t21 is decent not great but I notice a diffrence over my proton carbine, seems like rifle hits alot harder.... makes jedi chew through there force faster.
I love the range I shot one off there mount today

If my calculations are right, your unmodified damage per second (dps) is 292.91 which is not very good. Look for a rifle with a dps at least above 300 if you can, and your modified dps will be over 400 at least.

This T21 is a very good "Working Man's Rifle."
For practically all uses it will do great; nothing to be ashamed of with it. But if you want the best performance for those "Special Occasions," you need better stats. Look at the base damage values, bonus accuracy from the weapon, and of course the lowest Special Action Costs! Speed is only critical if you're not a Master Rifleman or don't have too much General Ranged Speed mods. Personally, I prefer a Rifle with a decent mix of all stats.
My other tip is having excellent Accuracy. Either from your character's mods, PUPs, tapes, foods, or your weapon stats. Accuracy of course makes you hit more often. But more importantly, IMO, it makes you hit HARDER.
I don't base my judgement on Base or Adjusted DPS. Too many factors throw it off, namely the delays between specials. Just pay attention to the other stats and how you feel it would do with your character.

dont know these rifles havent really be made since CU i dont think, on infinite stuff is just starting to get rebuilt so new items should be coming back with good stats cause appartly refit stuff isnt as strong as new made stuff.
