I'm looking for answers on the same thing. I've had both arms installed, and while I'm LOVING the 80m effective range, the specials that come with the arms seem to be a waste of precious toolbar space. In both PvE & PvP, the specials were dealing damage in the low 30s when I normally deal around 1100+ damage in PvE. Given the cooldown on the cyber specials ( >5min ), and that I'm stuck witha tantel chestplate,I was really expecting something on the order of our Sniper Shot from it.

Anyone have any luck here, or are those specials broken?

for me the 80M range would be enough

silly question here folks...

I don't have the borg sniper arm but those who do. Can you test what it does for damage while prone? seeing these threads tells me something is either wrong with it or wrong with how we are using it.

so since out sniper shot requires prone I would suggest you attempt borg sniper prone as well. I would need the results either pm'd to me or post here in thread

a few test conditions that might help

prone

make sure you can fire a rifleman sniper shot first (if it clunks maybe the borg sniper shot does as well)

A prayer and a good tail wind helps you hit at 90m

or you can transform yourself into a Krayt...they seem to be able to db me at 90m...
