I am currently 2 0 0 1. I have enough points to get tier 1 counter sniping or tier 1 concealment or should I save for tier 3 accuracy? Any and all opinions are welcome.

You should read the tips for rifleman thread created by our correspondent. Lots of good info in it. Its stickied at the top of the forum. His advice is to take counter sniping to tier 3 before going back to sniping.

I have heard get Sniping 1, then Counter-Sniping 4, then finish Sniping...

And I have also heard Conceal shot works pretty well.

I'm anxious to try these myself..
