I'm trying to become a master riflemen, I was BH adn found getting all the XP long and tedious from just soloing quenkers all the time.

Is there another course of action I might take to get master riflemen quickly?

nah i think thats pretty much the fastest way...you can try goin to dath and killin stuff there but its not gonna improve your mastery speed much.....15 hours combat grinds are hard to beat.

The fastest way would seem to be taking up countersniping for the AE attacks, much like it is with other classes, the AE attacks are what rake in the major exp.

heres what i did...mastered rifleman in about 4 days of not super grinding...

1) go to dantooine and get in a solo group, i know on Bloodfin there are lots of these groups running at the Mining Outpost all the time

2) hunt quenkers and as you progress thru the rifleman trees move up to quenker savages then ravagers as you see you can eality beat them

3) when hunting the quenkers i would: /prone; /takecover (if i wanted); /headshot2 and on to headshot3 once i got it. this focus' you attack on one stat pool, and being prone you can usually kill them without aggro if you have a speed sliced rifle and a few of the combat exp boxes that give speed mods.

4) if you have the money get food/drink/ent buffso that you get you focus over 1500, this gives 0 mind use when spamming specials

5) go up the Sniping Tree first, this gives headshot3 for the hunting method and also makes it easier to hit a quenker at point blank if it aggros you. (i had /warningshot while doing it, so if i got aggroed i would use it to keep the quenker at rifle range)

Bingo.. this is exactly what i did also. Accuracy first imho. AoE attacks without accuracy can get you in trouble (sometimes). If you're grinding, you have to factor in deaths and healing as time delays. I always found clean kills with head2then head3 to be more efficient. Brandy and Canape are musts, master musician buffs are icing on the cake if readily available.

Also, don't worry about only doing missions, let alone quenker missions. If you see Huurton huntresses or stalkers etc. shoot them too. They are comparible to savage/ravagers. Often times the static lairs which spawn more than three rounds of two animals are more efficient xp for your time.

Oh, and this may be obvious, only use speed sliced rifles until master.

I also found going out in the middle of the desert on Endor and just shooting whatever I could find was pretty quick...partly because the spawns on Endor aren't completely screwed like Dant. Mereks are what really did it for me, but there were other things that were easier that I can't remember the name of.

Was easier doing it with CH though, so my advice might be not very useful
