It was crafted with the finest materials the weaponsmith had, I lucked out and got a 31% dmg slice and slapped a 32/16 PuP on it

lol its just fun to look at, I guess if they put in some heal vul PVE or morons not wearing armor it would be usefull

A gentleman named werrt' is making htem on our server, so far three of them. Cost me 3.5 mil and got lucky with the slice but htey are the best I have seen on any server.
