I use brandy for mind and 'i can't remember the name' that adjusts Action/Stamina (only for like 12m). But I was wondering if there was a food/drink that will 'buff' Strength and Constitution, just to give me that extra little edge for that pool. I wanna try these simple buffs rather than seeking out a doctor.

I think there is a fruit called Moon Gold. . .or something Gold. I cannot remember the exact name. You may want to ask around the medic forum. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I guess I shoulda asked there. Probably more appropriate. Just thought some fellow rifleman might have wondered the same. I'll ask there. Thx!

unfortunately, you're referring to 'Muon Gold'. it's a SPICE (not a food/drink) and it provides bonusses to the Mind stat and secondaries.
even more unfortunate is that I haven't much paid attention to foods that add to health or action secondaries.
even on TC, I can find buffs for those stats. I save my stomach food/drink space for canape and brandy. I'm sure you can have some fun with 'neutron pixie', but that's a spice, and it takes a terrible toll.
wish I could offer something more helpful than that.

Accragm (spelling *) is a drink that helps with action and secondaries. I don't use a health chef buff, but there are some. A while back, icen used to post a great summary of be chef buffs on the Ahazi trade forum (as an advertisement for his products). If you can find it, it gives a very nice overview because it is written from the user perspective. There are also chef guides that give the same info, but they are written for chefs.

Won won is a food that will buff your strength and constitution and kiwik clusjo swirl is the food that buffs your quickness and stamina. These foods along with brandy and ahrisa are an unbuffed riflemen's best friend.

I have been palying around with some food trying to find good combos.
If you don't care about regeneration rate (already have armor on or can wear it unbuffed) you can use Gruuvan to increase strength and Scrimpi for quickness. if I remember correct they have the same or higher buff size (depending on the resources on your server) but last for 40 minutes instead of 10 minutes (just like Ahrisa).
Then we have the great unknown, but pre-patch favorite Breath of Heaven. Most people say it sucks but a good chef can experiment it to 1000+ buff to strength/quickness/focus and 50 filling but only lasting for less than 10 min. Great emergency buff. You had to give up one brandy though (but you get twice as high buff to focus).
If you want to buff regeneration there is the new loot schematic from DWB (dont remember name) which can give you about the same buff as Breath of Heaven but for const/stamina/will. Also shoort duration and a drink. Don't think this is one is worth using for a rifleman.
Scrimpi+Gruuvan+Ahrisa + 2xBrandy is a great combo that gives you enough buff for mind and lower Health/Action cost a bit.
