Thread: Question from a Respec Master Rifleman do we have a root of any kind at Master?

I'm sure I will get flamed for admitting I respeced Master Rifleman, but I loved the idea of being a nuker. I heave read on some other porfessions forums (carbineer for one) that Rifleman have a short duration Root, but I dont seem to see it. Do we have one?

We have a Snare, its not a root in the way thatyoumay bethinking of. It slows the target and I have found it very useful in PvE. It can mean life or death for me when fighting higher level mobs.

What shot are you refering to? Is it that Startle shot at Master?

Knee Cap shot or leg shot, dont remember the name. The icon is a blaster shot going into a leg.

Knee Cap shot or leg shot, dont remember the name. The icon is a blaster shot going into a leg.
It is the Knee Shot one...and I don't find this shot very effective in allowing me an escape. I find the Underhand Shot (KD)from BH or Stopping Shot (root) from Pistoleer to be exactly what I need when I need to buy some time.

Actually an escape is not what I am looking for. I combine the shot with startle whci prevents the mob from attacking for a very short time. Then by the time it reaches me I have done so much damage it is almost dead.
