The search is not working as usual. Can someone please explain stances to me, how to use them, etc. That would be great. Thanks!

/kneel /prone /stand /sit?


or


/dueliststance?

Positional stances such as prone/ kneel /sit /stand are supposed to affect accuracy and defensive modifiers


prone GreaterAccuracy BadDefence (though this has not been working till recently)

kneel GoodAccuracy OkDefense

stand OkAccuracy GoodDefense


sit BadDefence / nonecombat regen



Combat Stances


Duelist Stance

Center of Being


add defense modifiers that are fairly extreme

What profession has duelist stances? I know CoB from TK.

Very few professions get stances other then the positional variants.

I would have assumed that stance defense would be type dependant. Like being prone should be really bad against melee attacks, but really good against ranged attacks(as is realistic). But I don't know how the game actually works.
