Thread: Bleed not breaking startle shot delay?

I am not 100% sure (please correct me), btu to me it looks that a bleed (like Torsho shot) does not break the delay effect of startle shot when the DOT "ticks". Is that correct/intended? Have not tested it that much after pub 17 though.

It should break startles delay.

It should break startles delay.




hmm... startle then bleedshot with a plasma flamethrower anyone?

No bleed first then the startle shot. The initial hit of the bleedshot would always break startle. It is the bleed DOT that I am asking about, do it or do it not break startle.
