Which of these 2 would be better for an ADK? I hear how DPS can be misleading, and not exactly sure how, so thought I would post.

They are basically identical although I would take the 2nd due to the higher min damage and hence higher DPS. The SAC is basically

the same as is the speed.

Try em out and see. I would go with the one with higher min damage in PVP. PVE the 1110 would probably win out as most creatures dont have ranged damage mitigation. The weapons are so similar that either one is decent enough though.

i would adk whichever you use the most. i would say the higher max damage would be better for PvE and PvP. Damage mitigation doesn't seem to be effective like it was pre-cu.
