Ok, I have to admitI am frustrated with being a ranged weapon user, but that is what I started out wanting to be and that is what I want to continue to be. However, I'm about ready to quit out of frustration.

I don't do PvP, so I don't care about that stuff. What I do care about is PvE and being able to group with my friends while still getting exp and contributing to the group. After I got novice rifleman, I decided to try bounty hunter. After I realized that missions where solo affairs, I gave up on that class. Solo is not what I want to do. So I am back at looking for a ranged class.

I was thinking about commando, but to be perfectly honest, I really want to be a rifleman. But my problem is that even with novice rifleman, my heavy swordsman friend is out damaging me sometimes 10 to 1. Just tonight he got 194k exp while I just got around 30k. So something is wrong here.

My first big problem is that my stats are all screwed up. My mind is a HUGE problem. So my first question is:

Question 1: What would be a reasonable set of stats for a lizard who mostly plays with a group where he usually isn't getting attacked and even when he is, there is a healer there? What can I do to not run out of mind all the time just in an attempt to keep up with my friends damage so I get some exp?

Obviously, another thing I need to do is get a T21. Currently I am usinga middle of the road laser rifle which I also need to replace.

Question 2: Would it be a good idea to also get some advanced pistoler skills? Since I once was a bounty hunter, I have master marksman so picking up some pistoler skill isn't a problem. If not, are there any other skill trees that would help a rifleman.

Question 3: Are there any good strategy guides for a rifleman? I didn't see any in my quick scan of the net.

Thanks for any help. I was seriously considering starting a new character just out of frustration. But that would be silly. I want a rifleman and I DON'T care if he is uber or not. I just want the him to be "in the ballpark."
