Dizzy+suppression fire does'nt always work.

The easiest way to KD as a rifleman in PVE is to wait for an npc to drop down to kneeling or prone and then hit them with fluryshot to dizzy them. You can move out of range for a second and the npcs will stand up to run after you and knock themselves down. The dizzy move almost always works if you can get the npc to switch postures on its own, which is'nt to difficult.

You cant do it to fast, otherwise, but if you do it right, they will fall down. If you do it too fast, when he stand up he will fall down however.

the suppression fire/flurry shot works well against NPC characters but it is completely useless against creature mobs from what I've seen.

I don't think its possible. I tried doing this in a practice duel. Yep he was dizzy and i was forcing posture changes but after several times all i did was make him kneel stand and go prone, it wasn't until he , himself, stood up, he fell over then.

I haven't been able to get the flurry/suppression combo to work at ALL. Hit em with flurry shot, they're dizzy.. suppress them to kneeling, but the NPC just stands up again. Ok, suppress them to prone.. they just stand up again. It's annoying..

suppression fire does work on some creatures. Banthas i know it does for sure because i do it all the time they stop dead in their tracks because they cant move in that position.

Well this would be fine against Melees in PvP then, because if you force them to prone/kneeling after Dizzy, they'll be forced to stand up to go after you.

This works well in PvP, try it using a spraystick, funny as hell seeing someone slide across the ground...

Anytime I see something screech across a room and latch onto someones neck, and the guy screams and tries to get it off, I have to laugh, because what is that thing.

I don't think a flurry shot + suppression/strafe shot produces a knockdown at all. ADizzy KD happens when the target changes his/her/its stance, not you. This doesn't work at all on creatures though.

Flurry + Suppression works, and not only on NPC but also creatures. The only problem is that they don't have a knockdown animation and the little posture logo doesn't update very well at all on creatures. But it DOES work, I've soloed animals with 10k HAM with that sort of combo: flurry, suppresion, mind1, mind2, suppression, HS2, HS2, suppression, HS2, flurry, suppresion, etc...
