I've realized that there is a real need to know how fast we're actually firing. Even if we know the delay multipliers on the weapons, there is still the problem of figuring out how the speed bonuses apply to the time/turn. I propose (unless a real, tested formula exists, in which case I'd like to know it), that we test the theories using a simple method.

1. Get a CH with a pet to attack a creature.
2. Fire HeadShot2 at it.
3. Record intervals from the combat window
4. Average the interval
5. Divide the interval by the speed of your weapon.
6. Present the result here, along with your speed bonus as a rifleman at level X

If we can get some people all the way from 0000 novice to XXX4 and to Master, we can probably work out the formula based on these data.

And face it - it wouldn't take that long to do this, maybe a time commitment of 10 minutes on the part of everyone involved.

Actual speed is equal to

GunSpeed * StyleMod * ((100-SkillMod)*.01)

GunSPeed = The attack speed on gun
StyleMod = Each special has an attack rating such as Flushingshot2 = 2.6
SKillMod = The number that you get as you climb the support ladder

As you can see its all percent based on your skill mod so going from 90 to 95 doubles your speed.
