Thread: Bowcaster Certification?

Hi guys...I'm a new future rifleman (only advanced rifle right now), and I was wondering what the certification was for the bowcaster...I haven't seen it on any of the skill sheets. Thanks in advance.

the only requirment that a bowcaster has is to be a wookiee. it is the only race that is strong enough to use this weapon. as a wookiee myself I highly recommend it even though finding one of good quality is somewhat of a chore.

ok thanks guys. I thought that anyone was able to use one, cause anyone can use a Ryyk Blade...I guess I was wrong. I'll go finda good one asap.

No you don't. Currently they are not very good weapons. Player crafted ones are still bugged (as far as I can tell) and NPC dropped onesare pretty substandard.

Mine works great...I love it more than my laser rifle! 121-228dmg, 5.7sp, 828 condition. Plus the HAM costs on the weapon are at the 30's..so I have been able to do 1/2 mindshots..and 20-30 headshots without gettin incapped. That is on one critter...a Snorbal.
