I am at the point where i need to choose which one i want, what do you other rifleman recommend and why.

Flushing 2 every time.

Themind cost on HS3 makes it a worse attack than HS2 for PvE unless you're mind buffed like mad.

I still use HS2 at master rifleman unless my focus is over 1200.

Flushing 2 will be better then headshot 3.

Seflyn is also correct that headshot 2 is better than headshot3 in terms of damage /mind pool used.

Fyi, headshot3 used more mind pool than Strafe2 where Strafe2 dmg is much much greater than headshot3.

flushing 2 is an area attack and shouldnt be used in all circumstances or itll make the mob go after you. Otherwise expect 2-3k per creature it hits. This being said, hs3 is only good for certain circumstances, unbuffed it is only good for killing one high lvl creature or player before your mind is out too. I use it when i see a commando with a small mind pool and no helmet.

I would first complete sniping line. Not only because of specials but because of accuracy mods.
