Thread: Question about Spec Force Troopers and Pets....
i am thinking of getting some SpecForce Troopers with some of my faction points. are specforce troopers better than using a pet?
can you only use the troopers on reb missions?
whats a good pet for a rifleman with no CH skills?
where is a list of commands for pets?
if anyone reading this is willing to sell me the recommended type of pet for a rifleman, let me know who you are, how much you want for it and when you will be on (pm me if you want). thanks for the help.
you can only use them while overt, but can use them on any mission. you can currently call up to three of them at once. at 450 faction, they're fairly cheap muscle, but do die relatively easily. think "mountain krevol" kind of effectiveness. they have higher hams, butno armor or appreciable resists.
heavy weapons trooper is the best of the bunch, though there's not a whole lot of differentiation between them.
pick up a little Rock Beetle, as a non-ch pet (until the nerfage on CH happens) -
it has light armor and some energy resist.
anyways, get up to countersnipe 3 as soon as you can, at that point you will far out-dmg 3 heavy weapons specialists.
and don't even think of using them pvp - they die like Dwarf Nuna's.
