I have 20 point to spend and i like the idea of the sniper shot so i was going for 4000. I am a BH and will have 4424 hopefully. My question is is it would having the sniper shot or should i go for something different

I faced the same decision you do it seems. this was my conclusion

carbines are only usefull for BH if you master it so drop that. after using a rifle, you will never use LLC again so drop that. pistol torso shot is awesome so take yer pistol to 4. inv 4 doesn't get you anything that inv 3 doesn't so take that down a notch.

you now have BH 3,0,4,0 and enough to master rifleman. I did it and I love it.
