Okay I would like to have an honest rpice check on an armour attachment Rifle Crawl Speed +7...I mean whats a better place to ask this question than the rifleman community! So please respond. Thank You

well you won't like this but.....
The rifle crawl speed mod never worked, so the devs removed the skill from the game a couple of patches ago.
They forgot to remove the skill mod from the attachment list though, so they're still appearing even though the mod is missing.
The attachment is unfortunately, worthless
