Hello, was just sitting arround killing random things in the wild when I began thinking about my template, having recently droped bounty hunter I still have master marksman and was wondering if it is worth it to not drop it? Will the extra speed and accuracy make a difference in a pvp situation? Couldthe skill points easily be placed into something more productive? Anyway just wanted some advice on the situation from fellow rifleman.

Well it really comes down to this..

Master Marksman will give you +5 Riflespeed and +10 RifleAccuracy but will cost you something like 28 extra Skill points in comparison to having Marksman 4 0 0 4.

The extra+5 speed will get you closer to firing your specials at the 1 second cap with the slower firing Rifles and in most cases will let you hit the cap on all except the biggest specials ( StrafeShot2 etc.. )

Or you could hunt down a +5 Riflespeed Armor/Clothing Attachment which will cost you a few million creditsin most casesand keep the 28 extra Skill points.

It all depends on which you would prefer doing.. The accuracy bonus isn't all that fantastic.. you can get scoped rifles that will give you much better accuracy bonuses than a +10 at your optimum range.

Personally I wanted the Skillpoints used elsewhere and went the route of the Attachments.. but be warned.. Riflespeed attachments seemed fairly rare to me
