Is this possible and would this make soloing krayts and nighsister elders a breeze since you have all the defenses? Also whats the the best professions combined to make the best Big PVE killer? Thanks

If I understand what you are asking, I do not think it will matter.

I have Master Swordsman/Master Brawler. That give me a +67 to melee defense. I still get hithit alot from melee because the +67 melee defense is offset or negated by an even larger to-hit modifier, maybe not as much as someone with Novice Rifle only, but certainly more than someone who is a pure melee character.

Of course, that applies only while I am holding my rifle. If I am not holding my rifle, I do get the +67 to melee defense.

The only thing that should help some is the + to block from Pikeman. Block is weapon speciific, so it would not matter whether you are holding a polearm or a rifle.

Otherwise, if you are looking for ubber defenses, you need to stack pistol with fencer and then the other melee professions. There is also a new defensive stacking cap (max of 125). So there is no point in going beyond that.
