Ok, here is a list of each rifle and how many identical krayt tissues are required for each one. Ifigured this would prove helpful to riflemen that want krayt rifles and are in search of tissues. Feel free to correct any mistakes I make here. If this proves helpful to enough people and klawlegna agrees, I'd like to have it stickied.

First, a note:Each rifle requires one tissue for the power handler schematic. After that, the rest are used for the actual power handlers required to craft the rifle (some don't have any though). For instance, a laser rifle requires 4 identical tissues. One is used for the schematic and the other 3 are used for the power handlers. However, the schematic can be used more than once. This means that you could craft 2 krayt laser rifles with 7 identical tissues, instead of 8.One tissue for the schematic and 3 tissues for each of the two rifles. Or, using the same logic, you could make a laser rifle and a jawa ion rifle with 9 identical tissues, not 10.

DLT20a - 1

E11 - 1

SG82 - 3

Bowcaster - 4

Laser Rifle - 4

Jawa Ion Rifle - 6

DXR-6 - 6

T21 - 11

3 power handlers -> 4 tissues

Tusken and spraystick can't take krayt, so that covers everything except the berserker because no one's posted the requirements for it yet.
