This is a combat log showing me (Master Smuggler/Master Gunfighter/3-3-3-3 TKA, unarmored, using a DX2 and a Sonic Blaster) fighting against a Master Rifleman with a Jawa Ion (don't have the stats at hand). Prior to the fight I took a 37% Synthsteak.

Now, what bugs me is that he is using Master Headshot on me and manages to hit me for a measily 120ish damage, whereas I usually got hit for 200-400 dmg with this special. In fact, I'm even outdamaging him with Health Shot 2 from a looted 100-190dmg Sonic Blaster.

Now I could be applauding myself that a gimp like me managed to take down a Rifleman who had all the advantages on his side. But somehow it seems borked that his damage is so low.

This was my first PvP encounter after the patch and I'm currently trying to figure out what exactly caused these numbers. Do any of you guys have similar experiences?
