My mind pools are around 800/600/600, but it really doesn't matter what your base stats are, you'll need some sort of buff if you want your mind to survive your own attacks.

As for the spraystick, I only used it while grinding a few times, when my target quenker was low on mind and started charging me.

Don't bother with the spraystick. Use that Flushingshot 2 at range, and when they get close use that novice marksman skill: point blank" shot or whatever. It nullifies any negitive accuracy when the critter/person is under 12m away.It also has an AoE variety in the same box.

Then I should spam Pointblank with a spraystick since it is much quicker,

My advice: If you're a novice rifleman, get your hands on a speed sliced T-21. Grind up to Conceal II or whatever you need to get a Disruptor Rifle. Grab one of those, again, with a speed slice if you can. Once you hit master you will want to get one of each, but sliced for damage. Anyways, the first shot you really want is Flushingshot II. After that, get whatever in the three left branches, grabbing the speed from the right whenever you get the combat xp.

Max your mind. As you get faster and faster, you will need to be buffed, stuffed, and stoned off your ass, so befriend your PA entertainers, chefs, and smugglers.
