I cant seem to find a comprehensice guid on the riflemen. I am looking for an overview on what abilities work, what are broken, and in some cases exactly what they do, worth it or not etc. Also i am looking for stats on say speed for a rifle. For example the speed breaks to get to the lowest fire rate possible, +50 rifle speed =5.9 +55 rifle speed = 5.0 etc

Any guide you could find would be out of date unless it was less than a week old. We are getting a lot of changes lately, and more in the next patch.
