I really think Mindshot 2 needs to be powered up a little more in Pvp. First of all, in PvP it does about 70 dmg, thats just stupid. Second, Its not much of an improvment to Mindshot 1, you can even sometimes get better shots with MS1. I see all these crazy bleeds that people can do in the hundreds, im tired of being owned in PvP, c'mon Dev's give us SOMETHING to fight back with.

Firt of all - you can STACK MS 1&2. Second - it depends on your rifle - with laser rifle I can give bleed 30 on MS1&2 or I can give bleed over 1k with each one - so you can getaround 300 dmg per tick, which is quite a lot for pvp and can drain medic or close range fighter (which usually have low mind) quite easy incaped.It just come on luck. Keep our MS where they are, they work fine
