Um. You might wanna read over some of the threads here... going from Pistoleer to Rifleman will very likely be QUITE disappointing. ~I~ like Rifleman, and I'm working toward Master Rifleman (where we finally get to shine, I hear)...

The TKA -does- have some head hits later on in the tree, I hear, which would complement the Rifleman's head hits.... but I'd still think long and hard about dropping pistol for rifle.

A rifleman only shines when you hit master. A master rifleman needs lots of mind that ist very compatible to brawling skills migration wise

just made master sharpshooter today and it was sweet . . . until 30 minutes later i duel a pistoleer and dont even get a shot off pfft . knockdown , incapped . i lasted all of 2 seconds with composite on and a full 1k of health . kinda took the fun out of feeling so strong on mobs after diinging master finally . if you ever want to pvp and have pistol exp already stay with it , rifleman arent any better untill you get that 3.6 mill rifle exp and even then the almighty strafe 2 is useless vs knockdown if you cant get it off =D

Doesn't sound too shiney =( but I'm not a shiney kinda guy. I'll stick with Rifleman to the bitter and disappointing end.

I dont know! Im pistoleer/TKA right now and Pistoleer just isnt cutting it for me, im thinking of ditching Pistoleer for Rifleman, is this a wise choice?? Would TKA/Rifleman be more effective? THANKS!

well im dropping my smuggler skills to test rifleman in exping and pvp. i have capped 900k unused pistol and 300k combat exp if i dont like rifleman i can go back to smuggler in a minute. though my advantage to a new player in swg is that i can pump my 300k combat directly in the speedline of rifle.
