Am I right in thinking that for every +10 speed you have in the weapon of your choice, that it lowers the delay by .1?

Thanks in advance

***EDIT***

Also what about accuracy...Is there a formula for that?

its not by .1 speed, im pretty sure its a percentage. i don't know by how much though.

your accuracy has to do with your skill with that weapon and its ideal range.

Actual rifle speed = base rifle speed x (100 - your_rifle_speed_bonus)%.

So if you have a 5.0 speed rifle, and +60 rifle speed, your actual rifle speed will be:

5.0 x (.100 - .60) = 5.0 x .40= 2.0 (fires every 2 seconds)

At least thats what i've been told several times.
Of course, the cap is 1 second. Your rifle (or any gun) will never fire faster than every 1 second.

Dont ask me where powerups figure in!

+10 Rifle Speed would be a decrease by 10% of the base speed. At Master Rifleman, you have +90 speed, that would make it fire 90% faster.
