someone said it is an AOE dizzy is this true?
Also they said rifles have an AOE Posture Change, I am pretty sure they don't.

Flurry shot 2 is and aoe dizzy, and the aoe posture change is startle shot 2 which makes the targets go up one posture.

if they are standing and you startleshot 2 them will it make them go prone?
Also if you flurry shot 2 then startleshot 2 will that KD them?
