If you want rifleman out of the game why not just remove the profession? Instead of making our Specailist weapon weaker than a level III marksman weapon, casuing us to miss more than hit, incap ourselves, take away the ONLY SMALL advantage we have, and ignoring all of our boken skills, why not just remove it? It will save us the trouble of surrendering skill points.

You must want the profession gone since youve basically destroyed it, and are planning even more punishment.
