What are the Caps for CA and AA for Rifleman?

+25 for each stat

that is not to say you can't stack a generic with a specific for greater results

+25 general ranged accuracy + 25 Rifle Accuracy = +50 accuracy when holding a rifle



but for each type as Fisher said +25 is max
