since the CU has the cap limit changed on accuracy and speed for rifleman ?

Master rifleman +/ +25 rifle speed tape = cap limit ? / i just thought i would ask because i thought the cap pre cu was something like +12 speed on top of master block

there is no cap

there are effective limits though

stacked skill + sea (generic and specific) + medicines/spices + doc buffs + SL buffs + profession buffs + weapon mods = total

so

general stacked skills can hit in the 200-300 range

seas can hit 50 (25 generic + 25 specific)

+ XXX (Adrenal Boost etc)

+ YYY (steadyaim/volley fire etc)

+ ZZZ (aim etc)

+ weapon mods

= total mod

I have seen speeds in the 350+ range and accuracy in the 1000+ range
