Nice shirt, but...
1. This isn't exactly the purpose of this forum.
2. No one can tell you unless they, too, are on Chimaera and/or have a grasp on its current economic situation.
Best thing for you to do is to track down a knowledgeable Rifleman on your server and ask him/her. Hope that helps

On Bloodfin that shirt would go for a minimum of 20 million and maybe as high as 35 mill.

speed in high numbers is worth anywhere from 500k - 1 million/pt
accuracy in high numbers is usually 250k-500k/pt
its a nice shirt, worth i would say between 5-15 mil depending on your server
