i bought one and can't use it..i also didnt see a box that has the certification for it.

Advanced countersniping 2 (RM 0-0-2-0) I think. I still see my DXR as "not certified" when I examine it, but I don't get the error message saying "You lack the certification....damage will be greatly recuced"

So, my theory is that there is a display bug, at least I can use it for good damage and still see it as non-certified.
Can anyone verify this please?

yes it is counter-sniping 2. it isnt in the skill list but it says it in the weapon description when you examine it.
