I'm a master rifleman and the other day I bought a Tusken Kings rifle off someone. It actually does kinetic damage so I really want to be able to use it, however. It says I'm not qualified to use this weapon when I equip it. Is there something I can do to get the cert for this?

there is no cert for it. it is merely decoration.

I think its part of a quest, take it to huff darklighters estate (POI) on tatoine then he will give you 2 easy kill missions, then after that he gives you a krayt skull, I'm not sure what it is for but it makes a cool decoration, it fills up my living room. Apparently there is a use for it but i'm not sure what yet.
