Thread: Sniping III or Conceal Shot 1?

What up, all Rifleman.
I wanna know what you all would take in this case. Im 2011 in rifleman, ad i dont know what to do after this. i know people answer these quesstions alot, but i couldnt find a question suited to this.
Background; I have a dmg sliced T21, with good composit armor. I take brandy, as all know.
So, let me know what you all think.
Also, throw in any advice you can, along with some info on skill tapes cuz i dont know where to get them.

Get Counter Sniping 3, use Flushing shot 2 with a disruptor rifle...
You have enough accuracy to creep with sniping 2 and conceal shot is useless.

You can get Sniping III for more accuracy. Recommended if you hunt in groups.
Or you can get Concealment I for /concealshot. Recommended if you hunt solo.
Or you can save up for Counter-Sniping III. CS II (which you can get now) will certify you to use the DXR-6b. After that, you'll have Flushingshot 2- your best attack for gaining XP 
EDIT: Forgot about your tape question 
You'll need +7 in rifle speed tapes in order to use all the specials at the speed cap using a normal T-21. Due to the randomness of SEA drops, your best bet is to save up enough credits to buy one on your local trade forum
