I keep seeing I cant wait until rifles get capped at 3 speed blah blah, I cant wait until they take out mind damage, can anyone link me to where this information was confirmed? ANd you know if thats true how bad rifleman would get owned Higher damage or not.

There has been no real reason to believe Rifles will get a speed cap. The most logical thing I can think of is for the Devs to remove some of our rifle speed during the Combat Revamp. (Like giving us +80 at Master instead of +90). Severe gimping would result, but it could happen.

Mind damage will not be taken out, but it will 'No longer be the determining damage type'. So expect Mind heals or something similar in the CB. I have heard (not confirmed) there was talk about adding a'Special' bar. It would be the same as your HAM bars, but would be untargetable. It would be this bar that you use to shoot SS2 or HS3 or whatever and it would regen by itself at a pace that does not allow 'special spamming' like we see now. Again, I have not confirmed this.

I know I'm a malcontent but I have to ask.........

Why after 7 months do we still know nothing about this combat balance? I mean they started talking about this thing in November and we still know nothing.......
