Warcry is a 10 sec delayduring whichyoucan do whatever you want (sit, heal, send a /tell ....whatever) and upon successful Intimidation, your opponent will hit for 1/2 damage for 10 seconds, so.........I'd go with that

Yea i was thinking about that too..

But i had 1 concern..

Will my intimidate/warcy have the same chance of landing as a master fencer's? (not master brawler)?

Not 100% what your concern is, but glancing quickly at the Fencer skill tree, they get no bonuses to Warcry or Intimidate (Master Brawlers do ), so a Novice Brawler should have the same chance of landing either of them as a Master Fencer.

Eh, why not all 3? you can mix and match based upon need, you dont have to just keep one thing for every situation..

Those 18 points are quite handy for that

As a MR/MD I would go back and forth between novice artisan and novice scout depending on what was spawning at the time.

You could go up the ranged support tree, for suppresion shot and some extra ranged defense (+8 I thinks)

I'm at 1000 scout myself for terrain negot.
