Hello just a little question about rifleman an fs speed. I have mixed replies does it cap? if i fill the boxes or is it broke like some mods

I know ca and aa work

currently the fs speed mods are broke. melee speed is giving ranged speed currently (so you can cap using melee speed O_o )

Best off capping with AA's if you have the dosh.
