Is Sniper Shot only good for PvP? Doesn't seen to work on PvE, keep getting Not Allowed on this Target.

My understanding is that this only deathblows an incapacitated players at a distance, nothing more. I have never used this shot but that is the info I was given.

PvP only shot - only works on incapped players, does nothing in PvE.

It only works in PvP, but is the best shot we have when fighting multiple players at once.

To further clarify, Sniper Shot rocks the proverbial casbah in PvP.

No, it used to work in PvE as well.Did a whopping 50 damage too.

Snipershot is great for PvP - especially in lag situations where brawlers cant get close enough to finish off their targets after they have warped 30m away. I have a macro set up so that it snipershots then deathblows in case there is some sort of error, e.g. my weapon magically unequips / equips itself.
