Thread: TK Meditation vs. Novice Medic

Thinking about dropping Novice Medic(stim use) for TK 4/0/0/0. The reason being, as I move higher in CH, I keep getting poisoned looking for creatures to tame and I'm getting a little sick of extortionist fees many of the doctors on Starsider charge to heal wounds. Wise decision or a fool's quest?

i had to make that choice recently. i went with medic. my reason was i planned to spend alot of time without buffs so the stim's would benifit me more then meditate (and pets would take most of the poisen/disease attacks). if you plan to get buffed alot i would take meditate, most mobs either can't damage you fast enough to kill you with good buffs and if they can a few stims will only delay death.
just my opinion but i've been satisified with my choice so far (took a little getting used to not being able to cure disease/poisen on the spot but you learn to live without it)
also, being able to use regular stims on pets makes a huge difference. pet stims always hit for the same healing but also have a rather large delay, i can use 3-4 stim b uses for each pet stim b use. in the middle of a high end mob fight that can make the difference between walking away or cloning.

I dropped the last line of tk last night and am going with medic. The stims help me a lot, plus with my droid, I can heal any wounds right after a fight anyway.
