Ok, i bought a +25 Rifle Aiming / +11Melee Speed Skill Enhancer yesterday for 150k.

Yeah, that might sound like a lot, but double-skill enhancers on our server are very valuable at the moment, and this one was perfect for me because I am a Teras Kasi and Rifleman character.

Anyway, this did NOT increase my Rifle Accuracy. Instead, it added a NEW attribute called Rifle Aiming. My first thought seeing that is that when I do an /aim command, this would increase the benefit of that.

Has anyone else received skill enhancers with this attribute? Have you noticed any significant increase?

I'm not positive, but I believe that the 'rifle aiming' corrosponds to the 'aiming' skill you get as a marksman- the one that sacrafices a round in order to provide better accuracy on the next shot. I think the modifier you bought makes that skill more effective with you rifles. Carbineers get a '+ carbine aiming' modifier at some point in their career I think, which is how I made this assumption.

Unfortunately for you, that is a lot less useful that what you thought you had- your 'rifle accuracy' skill. The melee speed will still come in handy I guess...

I have like 6 skill modifiers but how do i use them? I have socketed gloves and i tried to add the modifier to those but i don't no how. Do i have to be a certain profession to use the skill modifers? I click on the modifier and click use and nothing happens...i still have the modifier in my pack after clicking use.....can someone help me out?

Does it look like an armour plate or a measuring tape? That determines where it can go... the plate goes into socketed armour while the tape goes into clothing...hope that answers your question

From what I've heard skill modifiers do not work at this time.

Anytime I see something screech across a room and latch onto someones neck, and the guy screams and tries to get it off, I have to laugh, because what is that thing.
