I believe there are a few rifleman issues that need concrete answers for.

1. Our AE attacks, Flushing shot 2, Strafe Shot 2, and Flury shot 2. Are these suppose to damage everyone, or only damage the target and only land the dizzy, stun etc on the others hit with the AE? As you are probably well aware it shows that you are damaging multiple targets but no damage is actually being calculated except for the primary target.

Why this is important to know. Anyone that has done group vs group fighting in other MMRPG's know how big of a roll AE's can play in this arena. Having the ability to throw massive damage down range on groups of people is something that is class defining, if we are suppose to be able to do this it needs to be fixed ASAP. If we are not, then we need to be told so that the people that picked rifleman for those AE's can look some where else.

2. The jump in speed when making master rifleman. I am not a master rifleman by choice, maxed 3 of the lines, but what I have seen from posts is talk of a massive increase in speed when reaching master and that it might be bugged.

Like to say thank you in advance if you are able to present these 2 questions to the people that could answer them clearly.

Why do people keep thinking that rifle speeds are bugged and that there is a gap? Whether you use rifle/carbine or a pistol, the speed mod will directly influence the firing rate on a % base. At pistol speed mod +50 your Fwg5 2.2s will be firing auto attacks at 1.1s intervals. With carbine speed mod +60, your laser carbine 4.5s will be firing at 1.8s intervals. With rifle speed mod +60, your T21 rifle 9.9s will fire at 4s intervals. It is NOT bugged and it works in the same way on all weapons, and as you climb closer to 90 or +100 speed mod your base auto attack speed will decrease to 1s per auto attack (I have not yet made enough testing to see if there is a hard cap at 1s). It is not bugged and I'm pretty sure it works as intended. The only thing that make you notice it more on a rifle is that the base weapon firing rate is so slow that it is very easy to see that it was cut in two. But remember, when a gun firing rate gets from 2s to 1s its dps is doubled, and the effect is the same on a T21 that would drop from 10s to 5s, the dps will be doubled and NOT MORE, but the speed difference will be much more noticeable because you dropped your firing rate by 5s instead of 1, but again the dps in both case is doubled in the same way...

How is our speed bonus number interpreted? Is it a percentage? I've heard many different things from many different people. I've even heard that for every +10 to speed you get, your weapon's AS drops by 0.1. If that is the case, we are screwed. However, If it is a percentage, then it would be much better, and also explain why our speed nearly doubles at master level. 100% to speed is twice as fast meaning that weapon speedbecomes half of what it was before.

Why these questions need to be answered, is the speed based off a percentage, or something else? I too have heard that every 10 points reduces speed by .1 secound. Even with it being percentage based you only gain a 20% attack speed boost at Master (+90 vs +70). So why all the posts about making Master and seeing a huge speed increase then? All I want is a definite yes or no if it is working properly.

We should'nt have to sit here guessing how things work, hell I am still trying to guess how bonuses to ranged defense, knockdowns, and everything else really works in combat. We need to know how they work so that we can make informed decissions on our character development.

1. Its a bug were sometimes it wont do the damage. It will be in your combat screen but wont show up on there HAMs.

2. This is not a bug, our speed gets up towards +90 rifleman speed. Thats 90 percent faster, do the math and you will see were supposed to shoot that fast.
