Rifleman Archive

So I'm attacking something. I spam my combat queue with headshots because I know the enemy is ranged and wont come close to me. But I shot him, he doesn't see me so he just starts walking around. Then when I'm about to shot again it says "Lost Sight of Target" and I don't fire. Also what happens is I lose the stats that I normally lose when I use a special move. Is this not supposed to happen? It doesn't seem right that I lose precious mind pool points when I didn't get a shot off. If this is a bug has it already been addressed? I don't read this board very often so I don't know if it's already been brought up.
