I don't get enough time to play SWG as I'd like, so you can imagine how fast I'm becoming a rifleman (lol). Anyway, I just hit rifle specialist in the marksmen profession tonight and I wanted to see what the Mindshot can do. Everytime I use mindshot, my combat chat window says "distracting shot," but I definitely see the creature bleed. So I run outside my house outside of Kadaara, and there's a pair of Bolle Bolls (sp?), and I target 1, do my /aim;/minshot1;/headshot2; macro, and it takes about 5 minutes but I finnally brought the beast down. However, I didn't get ANY XP for this kill whatsoever. I thought, hmm, maybe it's cause someone else was attacking him. So I wait for him to respawn (I ignored the 2nd one already there, in order to test this out) and after 3 min or so, I brought the sumbitch down --- again, not earning ANY XP at all... Is this supposed to be this way?

also, I've been reading the forums. I am new to MMO's and I don't know the lingo so well; what exactly is "Stacking" ?

I didnt read your whole post cause it was a little long and Im kinda lazy right now....

but you have to hit it at least once with a normal shot or a specialty. Did you do this?

If you just let the headshot drain its mind on its own you wont get any xp.
