At master lvl I'll have 90 rifle speed. What's the cap rifle speed if there is any?

It really depends on the weapon crafter, how many spoints they spend on speed, and the slice. With a DLT20a, theres no doubt I bet you could get it to a shot a second, but of course add the head shot delay. I bet you could get it to 1.5 seconds with the right conditions. (Not on a T21) T21 has far to high of a base speed.

I mean Rifle speed wise. Like at master rifleman we get what....90 rifle speed? What's the max rifle speed we can get? Like is there a cap or something? because I have a lot of enhancements that give +7-+9 rifle speed.

The assumed cap is 1 second for everyone. A master pistoleer will only shot 1 shot a second, even though there weapons can get down to 1.4 or 2.0 easy. With over +100 accuracy it will never get below 1 second, they should be doing atleast 5 shots a second. Done test on different people, and by what I have seen I am assuming the cap is 1.0 seconds for every single class.

dont bother with skill enhancements at master rifleman you fire so **edit** fast youre our of mind in 10 seconds unless youre using spice or food

Dont forget next patch, Weapon Crafters can experiment on HAM costs.

i would say HAM costs, because even if you get a slightly lesser weapon damage wise - you can keep railing off specials with much less down time then without... but we will have to see.

A 130-400 T21 with low ham costs is far better than a 196-550 T21 with high ham costs.

You also have to reember you can do power ups get it sliced, ect. The T21 has near 70 base HAM. Im not sure if that correct, thats what the guide said. Thats going to be near 150 HAM costs for Head Shot 3. I only have 1k HAM, and you cant buff it unless you use spice or food. Even then Spice has a major side effect, and food doesnt buff it enough.

I know for sure Im going to want the HAM costs on that lower then the damage higher. The base damage is already 150-425, with 9.0 speed. That damage, sliced for 30 percent is all I need. I want my HAM costs as low as I can becuase of how fast I shoot.

yes, but if you expirament on HAM, then youll lose MUCH in damage/speed. its really a 50/50..which do you want more? lower HAM or much better damage? i personally say damage, because i migrated my stats to favor mind, willpower focus.
