Post here if you guys think he can get the job done. I am really hoping we can get a guy like this to Represent us. He knows what he is talking about. Every post I read is level headed and very Logical.

Thank for the compliment, but I am not sure I would be able to do a better job than our current correspondent. At this point, I would just like Holocron to Speak to us. To Hear us and to make me believe in my character again. I'm not asking for godlike killing ability. I know some would just love that, but I thin fighting should be hard, there should be the very real element of danger that is implied by taking on a yellow or red character. Hell, whites should make you feel pause for a moment and THINK before you fire to find the best way to go about it. But, I think that once that choice is made, we should have the tool and skills to see it through.

I doubt that more than 1 or 2 of the developers really read these forums. Mostly they just get a synopses of the current complaints from a correspondent and rate them according to severity of issues to address. But on the off chance that Holocron will ever read this, I ask one thing of you Holocron....make me believe again. Don't leave us here looking like fools. I'm sure by now you have a good idea of what our concerns are. Just tell us no if that is what you decide. Or tell us that you are aware of the problems but until you can bring the other professions to working order that we are last on the plate. Most of us could live with that as long as we knew you heard us and understood. I for one don't want to burn you alive for the changes. I don't agree with some of them. But that is fine, i don't have to agree. But mine is not the only voice crying out from the wilderness on the same issue. Meet us halfway in discussion. Tell us in more detail what you think of our class and where you see us a year down the road. If we new what you expected of our profession we could better tailor our suggestions to helping you meet that end goal in a way that spare you and us alot of wasted time and ill feelings. We believe in this profession (those of us staying anyway) and greatly want to come to an understanding of what your changes do to us from patch to patch. We are not a vocal as some of the pther professions I know, but not because we lack the drive to post or to make ourselves heard, but more because we truely are a minority on the servers, hence our shouts get drowned in the general thrashing from majority classes. One thing I will say though is that we are tendacious, we go on and we remember. We took this class because it brings into a virtual world aspects of our own personalities that we my only be able to nurture in such a setting. We are trying to find ways of keeping the "heart and intent" of our profession pure.

Show us you have heart Holocron. Show us you are pure in your desire to give us a class we can thrive in. Extend your hand to us to show that you also know the rush when you socket that rifle to your shoulder and draw down on a Fambaa. Make me believe that you have crawled on your belly like a snake for 25m to get into range of that merrik and felt the adrenaline as you study it to find it's weakness and then reach for the tools of your trade with the firm believe that while it may end you this day, that you will give an accounting of yourself thatyou will extract your pound of flesh as blood price for your life. To really know a thing is to understand a thing. Show us that you are a brother-in-arms. Pick a rifle and crawl with us through the tall grass of Corellia and at the end of the day, take our hand in friendship and tell us you understand us better now. That you feel the riflemans soul.....
