Alright, we all know fencers have awesome dodge. I just want to know how to hit them, since im mrifle and miss 80% of the time. Also, earlier tonight I was shooting at a fencer and as he was running away i started to hit him, a lot, anyone know whats going on? I mastered rifleman a few days ago, and any help regarding Rifleman vs Fencer would be greatly appreciated.

when he started to run away, he went into your ideal range (or close to it) use flushing shot on them, it stuns them which makes them a lot easier to hit. try using a high accuracy acid rifle to, I have heard that the ideal on a beserker rifle is +25, so if you can find one, that might help for those close in hairy situations.

Thanks for the tips, I really should read up on state changes and their effects, aside from what the hover description tells me

Go to the FAQ. The info is in there about states.

Alright, now Im looking for numbers. Does anyone know the chance to dodge a master fencer has?
And does anyone know how much (what percentage) stun reduces that by?

Go to the FAQ. There is a template builder link that should allow you to see the mods a Master Fencer has.
Though the formulas aren't known for sure so we don't know how that translates directly into a percent chance. And it would also appear that the shooters accuracy is a factor in if secondary defenses go off.
Not sure on the stun percentage. Though it appears to be rather significant.

from my experience, it almost halves there chance to dodge, if they are running a Center of Being macro, it's like they weren't running it.

I see, thanks guys, flushing shot should prove to be essential to me in pvp.
Stupid question, do you have to hit your target for the stun from flushing2 to effect, or does the AoE handle it?
If not, would it be a good idea to spam flushing shot with a spraystick in hopes of sticking a stun?

You have to hit to stick it. AoE does not do anything other than allow you to hit multiple targets.
I wouldn't recommend a spraystick since you would have to switch weapons after you stick it. This causes a long delay.

if you have room get novice brawler so you can intimidate and warcry him. pull a warcry then intimidate. intimidate practically negates secondary defenses
