rifle accuracy while moving is very nice to have... unfortunately it is the second rated mod on that SEA and it would be just about impossible to get it to stick T_T

That is awesome.
I acquired a +16 recently and that makes a hell of a difference.
This will almost cap a rifleman on that mod (they will only need another +2), pretty much wiping out the negative to hit while running around.
On my server I reckon it could fetch upwards of 10mil.
