I logged in to find that I has mysteriously "forgotten" how to use my T21, laser rifle, and Tusken rifle. I've been using the T21 for over a year, and the Tusken rifle was my second rifle, back when nobody could make anything but CDEFs. The only rifle this 3-2-3-4 rifleman owns and can actually fire is an E11!
As an experiment, I tried shooting at a giant worrt--a creature so weak that I only get one point of experience for killing it. I quickly discovered that conceal shot either doesn't work at all, or has some obscure requirement that's not explained anywhere I could see. I was barely able to kill it with improved head shot, but the worrt came at me after the first shot, despite being under cover and mask scent. I used to be able to get off three to five non-conceal shots before being spotted.
Some upgrade. I'm less capable in combat now than I was during the second week of play.
I've stuck with this game from the beginning. I never complained about the silliness of the old system (having to get drunk to fire my T21 more than four times), and I kept paying even after I wasted several months on hologrinding that I didn't get credit for when the system changed (despite the developers' promises).
Now I've had enough. I'll give the developers a week in case they decide to correct their mistakes, but then I'm cancelling my account.

I checked back briefly to see if things had improved before cancelling my account. I found that I could use my Tusken rifle, but I was still mysteriously unable to use my T21 and laser rifle. Conceal shot seemed to be working, although it had become rather difficult to get into cover. I only tried one destroy mission, due to lack of time, and the most difficult mission offered to me was against creatures that I didn't get any experience for.
It's at least a step in the right direction, so I'll give it another week and see if things get any better. In the mean time, I'll fly to Dantooine and see if I can kill any of the creatures I used to hunt on a regular basis.
Another change I noticed is that the "peace" command seems to be gone. That's a problem--I used to regularly use it when making concealed shots against targets that liked to wander around, so that I could move back into range or keep the range open to avoid detection.

The T21 and the Adv Laser Rifle have both been moved to the Master Rifle box.

Is that deliberate, or a bug, as the Tusken rifle thing apparently was. It's really not acceptable to me that I've magically forgotten how to use the weapons that I used constantly for so long.

Missions terminals avaiable in npc cities cap at 15 on starter worlds. You will need to use player city terminals, or go off world.
There is no auto-attack like there was beofre. You can set an ability to automatic cycle, by crtl-Lclicking on the hotbar button. NPC AI now will detect you after a set ammount of rounds, just about the time that the combat music is about to stop from my experience. At that time, they will find, even if you don't attack anymore. Using conceal shot will not speed this process like other attacks will, as you remain to have a lower chance of detection. You'll notice that after your first shot, they run dirrectly for you, but stop, pause, then run closer, stop (appearantly searching for you)...etc until they are in range of cover detection.

On purpose.. there's a 'replacement' adv laser rifle.. called the 'light laster rifle' i believe for the lower tier Riflemen/women... The two Master Rifle weapons are almost identical, but there's talk that the Devs will be changing the elemental or normal damage type for one of them so they're unique.

I think the general idea coming from the devs is that many more weapons will be introduced to give variety at each tier as art assets freed up, which seem to be a limiting factor on a lot of the changes they want done to the game.
