Ok so as my sig says im a bounty hunter with rifleman. However Ive been hearing alot about this explosive shell rifle or w/e its called and the adv. laser rifle. I have a krayt t-21 that does about 460dps (with player mod). Now is my rifle decent enough to even do good in pvp or should I get this explosive shell rifle that does kinetic or supposedly an advance laser which people keep telling me is stronger than a t-21 even though its energy as well. Which is stronger for taking on jedis as well? Ive been pretty successful with my T-21 already but wanted to know if I should get the explosive shell rifle for the kinetic damage.

DPS is just for show, has little to no bearing on actual combat. Just use the highest damage weapons you have and switch between kinetic and energy, depending on your target's armor (TK and jedi don't count, their innate armor works the same for all types of damage).
